Job Title: VP of Investment Banking and Credit

Job Description: As a Financial Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with the company’s financial products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and advocating for their interests within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models to evaluate companies, debts, and financing costs
• Complete the full arrangement of financing operations from origination through execution
• Prepare and apply valuation methods including comparable companies, transaction multiples, and discounted cash flows at prevailing market discount rates
• Lead credit assessment processes and final decision recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and financial partners
• Provide strategic input on investment and credit portfolio management
• Ensure all activities comply with CMA and SAMA regulatory frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• Extensive experience in investment banking and/or credit within a financial institution or fintech
• Advanced financial modelling skills across multiple valuation methodologies
• Deep understanding of Saudi capital markets, CMA regulations, and financing structures
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
