Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Description: The CTO will define the Group’s technology strategy, lead the engineering and technology organization, drive digital product development, and position technology as a key driver of growth, efficiency, and customer experience across all Finance House businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Finance House Group’s technology vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive the transition to a cloud-native, API-driven, and AI-powered banking ecosystem
• Lead the full technology organization including engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity, data, and digital product teams
• Enable digital banking products, scalable platforms, and data-driven decision making across Consumer Finance, Corporate Finance, and Investment divisions
• Set and maintain technology architecture standards, engineering culture, and development practices
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and outsourcing arrangements
• Ensure technology infrastructure meets CBUAE regulatory standards for cybersecurity, operational resilience, and data protection
• Partner with the CEO and Board on digital transformation strategy and technology investment decisions
• Drive AI and automation adoption across Finance House’s operations and customer-facing products

Qualifications Needed:

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with 5+ years as CTO, CIO, or equivalent in a regulated financial institution or fintech
• Proven track record leading digital transformation and cloud-native modernization programmes in banking or financial services
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), API-first banking, and AI/ML applications in financial services
• Experience leading large-scale technology organizations across engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and data functions
• Strong understanding of CBUAE regulatory technology requirements including cybersecurity and operational resilience frameworks
• Arabic language skills preferred for senior stakeholder engagement in Abu Dhabi
