Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product innovation and development strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.
• Monitor KPIs, customer adoption, and product performance.

Qualifications Needed

• Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or fintech leadership.
• Proven ability to launch innovative products successfully at scale.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of fintech trends, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
