Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: As a Chief Financial Officer for a client organization, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations, driving profitability, growth, and financial governance across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategy to support business growth, fundraising, and M&A activities.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of senior finance leadership experience, with 5+ years as a CFO or equivalent.
• Deep experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations, tax, and corporate governance.
• CPA, CA, or CFA preferred; fluent in English.
