Job Title: Business Development Manager – Multi-Asset Trading

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at a globally established multi-asset trading group, you will build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners — focusing on individuals and businesses interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and other financial instruments through a globally connected online trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products
• Focus on clients and partners with interest in Gold, Oil, FX, and other financial instruments
• Drive new client acquisition through direct outreach, networking, events, and referral channel development
• Present multi-asset trading products and platform capabilities to prospective traders and business partners
• Build and manage a pipeline of individual trader and institutional partner prospects
• Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets for new client acquisition and trading volume growth
• Monitor UAE and GCC multi-asset trading market developments and competitive landscape
• Represent the platform at UAE and GCC trading, fintech, and investment industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Development Manager experience in multi-asset trading, forex, or online trading platforms
• Strong understanding of multi-asset trading products — Gold, Oil, FX, and financial instruments
• Excellent relationship-building, commercial, and client acquisition skills for UAE trading market
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC trading client and partner engagement
• UAE online trading or forex business development experience strongly preferred
• Strong pipeline development and stakeholder management skills for B2B and retail trading mandates
