Job Title: Business Development Manager – Corporate Payments

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for Corporate Payments at the UAE and KSA’s #1 expense management platform, you will be a high-performing Corporate Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset — applying experience in exchange houses, fintech, payments, or banking to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth. Alaan is already trusted by over 2000 leading UAE businesses and has saved customers over AED 100 million.

Responsibilities:

• Be a high-performing Corporate Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset — not relying on warm leads
• Apply experience in exchange houses, fintech, payments, or banking to corporate client acquisition
• Drive new corporate client acquisition across the UAE and KSA for the #1 expense management platform
• Present expense management and corporate payments solutions to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Operations leaders
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of corporate clients requiring expense management and payment solutions
• Lead the full enterprise B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract close
• Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets for new corporate client acquisition and revenue growth
• Monitor UAE corporate payments and expense management competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in exchange houses, fintech, payments, or banking — required for this corporate sales role
• Strong hunter mindset with track record of new corporate client acquisition in UAE fintech or payments
• Deep understanding of UAE corporate payment, expense management, and finance operations dynamics
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and CFO/Finance Director stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE and KSA corporate client engagement
