Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for IT certifications and fintech learning products across the MENA region, you will be responsible for developing strong pipelines and delivering new business across territory — applying strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and complex client interaction management capabilities to grow the organization’s presence in IT certification, banking technology, and fintech professional development markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong pipelines and deliver new business in the MENA IT certifications and fintech learning territory
• Apply strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones
• Target banking, fintech, and financial services organizations requiring IT certifications and professional development programmes
• Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract close for learning products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with L&D directors, CIOs, and HR decision-makers at banking and fintech companies
• Monitor MENA IT certification and fintech professional learning market developments and competitive landscape
• Represent the organization at MENA banking technology, fintech, and IT industry events
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for MENA IT certification and learning product sales

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven B2B business development experience in IT certifications, professional learning, or fintech training products
• Strategic mindset with ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones
• Strong understanding of banking technology, fintech, and IT certification market dynamics in MENA
• Excellent pipeline development, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA banking and fintech client engagement
• Track record of achieving territory revenue targets in a B2B learning or professional development sales environment
