Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for a crypto payments company, you will be responsible for spearheading growth and developing key partner relationships across the UAE as the company’s MENA expansion continues. You will apply measurable success in sales with strong experience selling B2B solutions in the payments and fintech industry in the UAE to build a healthy ecosystem of crypto gateway payment solutions leveraging blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead growth and develop key partner relationships across the UAE for a crypto payments and gateway company
• Build a healthy ecosystem of crypto gateway payment solutions leveraging blockchain technology
• Apply measurable success in sales with strong B2B solution selling in the payments and fintech industry in UAE
• Identify key relationships and close deals to drive volume across the crypto payments gateway ecosystem
• Present crypto payment gateway solutions to merchants, fintechs, and enterprise clients across UAE and MENA
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the crypto payments gateway product
• The overall compensation plan comprises base salary and percentage of gross transactional revenue generated
• Monitor UAE crypto payments regulatory landscape and competitive dynamics

Qualifications Needed:

• Candidates with measurable success in sales with strong experience selling B2B solutions in payments and fintech in UAE
• Proven experience building partner relationships and closing deals in a crypto or blockchain payments environment
• Strong understanding of crypto payment gateways, blockchain technology, and UAE crypto regulatory landscape
• Track record of driving transactional volume growth through B2B partnership and sales development
• Excellent relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills for crypto payments ecosystem development
• Existing network among UAE merchants, fintechs, and payment ecosystem participants preferred
