Job Title: Business Development Executive – SaaS / FinTech
Job Description: Drive B2B sales and generate new business for a SaaS/FinTech firm in Dubai. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, conducting meetings and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, and senior finance decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, Finance, and Transformation teams
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from the most promising prospects across MENA
- Maintain and develop a robust qualified pipeline through CRM management
- Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to individual client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market intelligence summaries
Qualifications Needed:
- At least 2 years of fintech B2B sales experience
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in SaaS
- Proven ability to sell to senior finance and technology leadership (CFO, CIO level)
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
