Job Title: Business Applications Support – Wealth Banking Systems

Job Description: As a Business Applications Support specialist for Wealth Banking Systems — specifically Prospero and Avaloq — at a banking and fintech technology consultancy, you will work with Wealth banking systems (Prospero, Avaloq) and reporting platforms — applying strong familiarity with banking regulations and financial reporting standards to support wealth management platform operations for UAE banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Wealth banking systems (Prospero, Avaloq) and reporting platforms for UAE banking clients
• Provide functional and technical support for Prospero and Avaloq wealth banking system operations
• Resolve complex platform issues — coordinating with banking operations, Avaloq/Prospero vendors, and technology teams
• Apply familiarity with banking regulations and financial reporting standards to wealth system support activities
• Document wealth banking system configurations, support procedures, and operational guides
• Support Prospero and Avaloq platform upgrades, module implementations, and reporting enhancements
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer for wealth banking platform users
• Monitor wealth banking system performance and proactively address reliability and functional issues

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Applications Support experience with Prospero and/or Avaloq wealth banking systems
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial reporting standards for wealth management platform contexts
• Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills for complex wealth banking system issues
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills for wealth system support and operational procedures
• UAE private banking or wealth management system support experience preferred
• Avaloq or Prospero certification or equivalent wealth banking platform qualification preferred
