Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Blockchain & Backend Development)

Job Description: Seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi for its Blockchain and Backend Development function. As a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, the role resolves complex technical issues and works closely with Engineering and Product teams, requiring experience in payment systems, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex technical issues as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer across Binance’s blockchain and backend systems
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams on complex platform issues requiring deep technical investigation
• Diagnose and resolve backend issues across payment systems, blockchain infrastructure, and fintech platform components
• Develop and document technical solutions, workarounds, and escalation procedures for complex platform problems
• Contribute to technical knowledge base development and support process improvement
• Liaise with external partners, blockchain networks, and payment system providers on technical integration issues
• Monitor system performance and platform health, identifying technical risks and contributing to remediation
• Provide expert technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams on complex cases

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in payment systems, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure as a technical support engineer or backend engineer
• Deep technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure, payment system architecture, and backend development
• Experience as a Tier 3 technical support engineer or equivalent senior technical support role
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex, multi-system technical issues
• Understanding of Binance’s platform and blockchain ecosystem preferred
• Excellent technical documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
