Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst , you will gather and specify requirements for the company’s platforms, bridging business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across platforms.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing, training, and post-implementation reviews for system enhancements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of business analysis experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, order management, and financial products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
