Job Title: Business Account Management Expert

Job Description: As a Business Account Management Expert, you will manage enterprise merchant partnerships, driving retention and transaction-volume growth for a leading FinTech-Payments company in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise merchant partners, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and upsell services to existing partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver value to merchants.
• Monitor account performance, merchant health, and revenue metrics.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of merchant services, payment processing, and enterprise partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
