Job Title: Business Account Management Expert

Job Description: As a Business Account Management Expert, you will manage and grow merchant accounts for a MENA payment gateway, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant decision-makers.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver value.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of account management or merchant relationship experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant services, and acquiring.
• Proven track record of managing merchant portfolios and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
