Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Developer to join our fintech innovations team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions that drive our fintech products. You will work on cutting-edge projects that leverage blockchain technology to create secure, transparent, and efficient financial services. This role requires deep technical expertise in blockchain development and a passion for innovation in the fintech space.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define blockchain use cases and requirements.
• Implement consensus algorithms, encryption techniques, and other blockchain security measures.
• Test and deploy blockchain solutions on platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
• Optimize blockchain applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and best practices.
• Document blockchain solutions, including architecture, code, and integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our blockchain development processes and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on blockchain-related topics.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
• Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• A passion for blockchain technology and its applications in fintech.
