Job Description: We are in search of a Fintech Solutions Consultant to join our client success team. As a Fintech Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the implementation and optimization of our fintech solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our products. This role requires strong consulting skills, deep fintech knowledge, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to fintech solutions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on the implementation and use of our products.
• Develop and deliver tailored solutions and presentations to address client requirements.
• Assist clients with product configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective product adoption.
• Monitor and support client onboarding and implementation processes.
• Address and resolve client issues and challenges related to fintech solutions.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to provide feedback and improve solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and fintech developments to offer relevant insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing role within the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of fintech products, services, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with client onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Ability to understand and address complex client requirements and challenges.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service and support.
