Job Title: Associate, Private Equity

Job Description: As an Associate in Private Equity at PER, you will support the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio monitoring for a leading private equity firm.

Responsibilities:

• Support deal sourcing, market research, and pipeline development.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reporting.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
