Job Title: Associate Managing Consultant – Cards Operations Specialist

Job Description: As an Associate Managing Consultant and Cards Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of card operations and product implementation engagements for financial institution and fintech clients across the MENA region. You will apply hands-on expertise in card operations — covering dispute management, chargebacks, authorisation processes, and card servicing operations — to help clients optimize their card programme delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:*

• Support the delivery of card operations and product implementation engagements for financial institution and fintech clients
• Apply expertise in card operations — covering dispute management, chargebacks, authorisation, and card servicing — to client advisory engagements
• Conduct card operations diagnostic reviews and produce data-driven recommendations for client programme efficiency improvements
• Design and deliver client workshops on card operations best practices, dispute management processes, and operational standards
• Partner with senior consultants on complex card operations implementation projects for MENA financial institution clients
• Contribute to thought leadership and advisory content development for the cards operations specialization
• Monitor global card operations standards, scheme rule updates, and regulatory changes affecting card programme delivery
• Build client relationships through professional, expert delivery of cards operations advisory and implementation support

Qualifications Needed:

• Card operations experience within a financial institution, payment network, card processor, or management consulting firm
• Hands-on expertise in dispute management, chargebacks, authorisation processes, and card servicing operations
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for card operations programme review and optimization
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills for client advisory delivery
• Understanding of card scheme rules, card lifecycle management, and payment processing operations
