Job Title: Associate – Commercial Partnerships & Events (Fintech, Commission-Only)

Job Description: As an Associate for Commercial Partnerships and Events at a fast-growing events and commercial partnerships company serving the fintech, financial services, and enterprise sectors, you will be responsible for securing new event partnerships — closing deals between AED 29,000 to AED 110,000 per partnership. The overall compensation plan is commission-only with an OTE of AED 180,000–220,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Secure new event partnerships — closing deals between AED 29,000 to AED 110,000 per partnership
• Build and manage partnership deliverables and cross-promotion activities for event and commercial clients
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across fintech, financial services, and enterprise event audiences
• Manage the full partnership sales cycle — prospecting through commercial negotiation and deal close
• Coordinate with event management, marketing, and delivery teams on partnership activation and deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech and financial services commercial partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership revenue targets through consistent commercial activity
• Represent the company at UAE fintech and financial services industry events and partner forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Commercial partnership, sponsorship sales, or B2B events sales experience preferred
• Strong commercial communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation model with OTE of AED 180,000–220,000
• Track record closing commercial partnership deals in a target-driven environment
• UAE fintech or financial services industry knowledge advantageous
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach to commission-based partnership development
