Job Title: Head of AI Enablement – Enterprise AI Strategy

Job Description: As Head of AI Enablement at a Forbes-recognized innovative UAE bank, you will be accountable for defining and executing the enterprise-wide AI strategy to drive sustained business value, ROI, and competitive advantage — leading AI enablement across the bank’s products, operations, and customer experience for a globally recognized UAE financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy to drive sustained business value, ROI, and competitive advantage
• Lead AI enablement across banking products, operations, risk management, and customer experience
• Build and govern the enterprise AI programme — AI roadmap, governance frameworks, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate with Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams on AI strategy and platform deployment
• Engage senior leadership and business unit heads on AI use case identification and prioritization
• Produce enterprise AI strategy reports and executive presentations for Board-level governance review
• Lead AI talent development and capability building across the banking organization
• Monitor global banking AI developments, regulatory guidance, and competitive intelligence for strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of AI Enablement or senior AI strategy leadership experience in banking or fintech
• Strong enterprise AI strategy design, programme governance, and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of banking AI use cases — credit risk, fraud detection, customer analytics, and automation
• Excellent Board-level communication, AI governance, and senior banking stakeholder management
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent qualification preferred
• GCC banking or financial services AI strategy leadership experience strongly preferred
