Job Title: AI Developer / AI Engineer

Job Description:  As an AI Developer and Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that address complex business challenges — working within a fintech and financial services technology environment. You will build production-grade AI systems that enhance business intelligence, automate processes, and drive competitive advantage for clients across the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that address complex business challenges in fintech and financial services
• Build production-grade AI systems including machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation frameworks
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered fintech platform features
• Develop and deploy AI models for financial services applications including credit scoring, fraud detection, and process automation
• Ensure AI solutions meet the performance, security, and reliability standards required in a regulated financial services environment
• Work with development teams to design and implement reliable and scalable systems and processes for AI-powered platforms
• Produce technical documentation, model evaluation reports, and AI system specifications
• Stay current on AI technology developments and their applications in financial services and fintech

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven AI developer or engineer experience with production AI deployment in fintech, financial services, or technology
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent)
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production financial services environments
• Understanding of financial services AI use cases including credit intelligence, fraud detection, and automation
• Strong collaboration and technical communication skills for cross-functional AI project delivery
• Relevant AI or data science qualification preferred
