Job Title: Affiliates Lead

Job Description: The Affiliates Lead will manage and grow Equiti’s affiliate partnerships across key markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow Equiti’s affiliate partner network across assigned regions
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with high-value affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies
  • Develop and maintain affiliate marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Negotiate affiliate commission structures and partnership agreements
  • Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and business development teams to ensure aligned partner activities
  • Track KPIs, report on affiliate program performance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs within fintech, forex, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of online trading, IB structures, and performance marketing
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret affiliate performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills across multicultural environments
