Job Title: Community Manager

Job Description: As a Community Manager for a fintech and cryptocurrency company in the UAE, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing the brand’s community across digital channels — fostering authentic relationships with cryptocurrency investors, fintech users, and digital finance enthusiasts across the UAE and MENA markets. You will serve as the community voice of a fast-growing crypto and fintech brand.

Responsibilities:

• Build, engage, and grow the brand’s community across digital channels including Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Foster authentic relationships with cryptocurrency investors, fintech users, and digital finance enthusiasts across UAE and MENA
• Serve as the community voice — responding to community queries, engaging with user discussions, and managing community sentiment
• Create and execute community engagement campaigns — contests, AMAs, educational content, and community activations
• Monitor community sentiment and feedback — reporting insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams on community messaging and regulatory compliance
• Build ambassador and advocate programmes to grow organic community engagement and brand advocacy
• Stay current on crypto and fintech community platforms, trends, and best engagement practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven community management experience within a crypto, fintech, or digital finance brand
• Deep understanding of crypto community platforms — Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord — and fintech community dynamics
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic for UAE and MENA community engagement
• Creative, authentic, and community-centric approach to brand engagement
• Understanding of UAE crypto regulatory communications standards
• Genuine passion for cryptocurrency, digital finance, and community building
