Job Title: Adjunct Faculty – Fintech (Digital Payments & Financial Technologies)

Job Description: Teach one course — Digital Payments and Financial Technologies — in the MBA programme at Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM). Role is for the Spring 2026 term.

Responsibilities:

• Teach MBA-level classes on Digital Payments and Financial Technologies (5 Friday sessions)
• Develop and deliver curriculum covering key fintech themes including payments, digital assets, and financial innovation
• Assess student performance and provide academic feedback
• Bring practical industry insight to an MBA-level audience
• Collaborate with academic faculty on programme delivery standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Relevant academic qualifications at postgraduate level in finance, technology, or a related field
• Significant professional or academic experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services
• Prior teaching or presenting experience at a postgraduate level preferred
• Strong command of English; bilingual candidates an advantage
