Job Title: Payment Processing Specialist

Job Description: As a Payment Processing Specialist responsible for managing international payment operations, you will focus on ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling across an international payments platform — processing and managing payment transactions with high accuracy and efficiency while investigating and resolving delayed, failed, or missing payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international payment operations — ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling
• Process and manage payment transactions with high accuracy and efficiency across international payment corridors
• Investigate and resolve delayed, failed, or missing payments — conducting root cause analysis and coordinating resolution
• Monitor international payment flows for anomalies, processing errors, and compliance exceptions
• Coordinate with banking partners, payment networks, and internal teams on payment settlement and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate payment processing records and documentation for audit and regulatory compliance review
• Ensure all payment operations comply with applicable UAE and international payment regulatory requirements
• Produce payment operations performance reports covering processing accuracy, resolution times, and compliance metrics

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in international payments processing, payment operations, or fintech payment transaction management
• Strong attention to detail for accurate, high-volume international payment processing and reconciliation
• Understanding of international payment corridors, SWIFT, and cross-border payment regulatory requirements
• Experience investigating and resolving failed or delayed payment transactions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team payment operations coordination
• UAE payment regulatory compliance knowledge preferred
