Job Title: Account Manager – Emirati Talent

Job Description: As an Account Manager in the Emirati Talent programme at a banking and analytics technology company, you will manage global accounts or offshore delivery models — with the desired qualification of a Master’s degree (MBA or related field) — building commercial account management expertise in a technology company empowering banking and government clients across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global accounts or offshore delivery models as an Account Manager in the Emirati Talent programme
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across banking, government, and enterprise technology clients
• Drive account revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client satisfaction management
• Coordinate with Technology, Delivery, and Commercial teams on client project delivery and satisfaction
• Conduct regular client reviews — presenting platform capabilities and identifying new solution opportunities
• Manage account commercial terms, renewals, and commercial performance for assigned client portfolio
• Monitor UAE banking and enterprise technology market developments and competitive landscape
• Represent the company at UAE banking, analytics, and technology industry events and client forums

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emirati Talent Account Manager programme
• Desired: Master’s degree MBA or related field for this Account Manager role
• Experience managing global accounts or offshore delivery models — preferred
• Strong commercial account management, client relationship, and revenue growth skills
• Genuine interest in banking analytics, enterprise technology, and UAE digital transformation
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National banking and government client engagement
