Job Title: Fintech Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Fintech Business Development Manager focused on the financial services ecosystem in Dubai, you will coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experiences — assisting clients with operational requirements such as leasing, regulatory liaison, and employee sponsorship. You will drive fintech sector growth, generate new business, and represent the organization at conferences and networking forums.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences
• Assist clients with operational requirements — leasing, regulatory liaison, and employee sponsorship
• Drive fintech sector growth through proactive business development and strategic fintech client acquisition
• Generate new business through networking, industry events, roadshows, and direct outreach
• Conduct research and analyse industry data to identify fintech business opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management on fintech market development
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade events, and fintech networking forums
• Enhance brand awareness and strengthen market positioning in the Dubai fintech ecosystem

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fintech Business Development Manager experience in UAE financial services ecosystem development
• Strong stakeholder coordination, client onboarding, and operational support skills
• Understanding of UAE regulatory requirements for fintech business establishment and operations
• Excellent CRM management and business development performance reporting skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE fintech ecosystem and regulatory engagement
