Job Title: BDM – MENA

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for the MENA region at a card issuing and payments infrastructure company, you will identify sales targets and leaders of opinion — presenting products and services to new clients, conducting market research, and driving commercial growth across the MENA fintech and banking ecosystem. The overall compensation plan comprises base salary and percentage of gross transactional revenue generated.

Responsibilities:

• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion across the MENA fintech and payments ecosystem
• Present products and services to new clients — driving commercial growth and market penetration
• Conduct market research on a regular basis to identify new fintech and payments business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech companies, banks, and payments ecosystem partners
• Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract close
• Generate new business through networking, industry events, and direct outreach across MENA markets
• Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets — base salary plus percentage of gross transactional revenue
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Operations teams on client solution delivery and onboarding

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Development Manager experience in fintech, payments, or card issuing technology for MENA
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship skills for fintech and banking client acquisition
• Understanding of MENA fintech and payments market dynamics and regulatory landscape
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA banking and fintech client engagement
