Job Title: Treasury Accountant – Property Management

Job Description: As a Treasury Accountant for Property Management at a major Abu Dhabi property management and investment group, you will perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly — liaising with banks regarding account management, signatory updates, and financial operations across a multi-entity property management and investment group.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly across all group accounts
• Liaise with banks regarding account management, signatory updates, and financial administrative requirements
• Manage day-to-day treasury operations — bank account administration, payment processing, and cash management
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on banking documentation and treasury requirements
• Ensure accurate, timely recording of all banking transactions in the group’s financial management systems
• Maintain accurate treasury records and banking correspondence for audit and regulatory compliance review
• Produce treasury and banking performance reports for senior finance and group leadership
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all treasury and property management financial activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Treasury Accountant experience with bank reconciliation and banking relationship management expertise
• Experience in property management, investment group, or multi-entity financial services accounting
• Strong banking liaison, cash management, and financial reconciliation skills for property management finance
• Proficiency with accounting software and banking platforms for treasury management activities
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance experience preferred
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to work in Abu Dhabi for this property management treasury role
