Job Title: Treasury Manager – Fintech (Multi-Currency / FX)

Job Description: As a Treasury Manager for a multi-currency fintech company, you will be responsible for managing all treasury operations — covering cash management, FX risk, liquidity management, and banking relationships for a fintech platform processing multi-currency transactions across the UAE and MENA markets. You will apply strong treasury management expertise to ensure optimal liquidity, minimal FX risk, and efficient capital deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all treasury operations — cash management, FX risk, liquidity management, and banking relationships for a multi-currency fintech
• Develop and implement FX hedging strategies to manage currency exposure across multi-currency payment processing
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization for the fintech platform
• Build and maintain banking relationships — negotiating FX rates, payment terms, and liquidity facilities with banking partners
• Ensure treasury operations comply with UAE financial regulations applicable to multi-currency payment service providers
• Monitor FX market developments and macroeconomic factors affecting the platform’s currency risk exposure
• Produce treasury performance reports — liquidity, FX risk, and banking relationship management reporting for leadership
• Support expansion into new currency corridors — assessing FX risk and liquidity requirements for new market entry

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Treasury Manager experience within a multi-currency fintech, payments company, or financial services organization
• Strong FX risk management, hedging strategy, and multi-currency cash management expertise
• Experience managing banking relationships and negotiating FX rates for a payment service provider
• Deep understanding of UAE payment regulatory requirements for multi-currency operations
• Excellent analytical and financial management skills for treasury performance optimization
• CTP, ACT, or equivalent treasury qualification preferred; fintech payment operations experience strongly preferred
