Job Title: Senior Officer – Treasury

Job Description: As a Senior Officer for Treasury at a banking and fintech consultancy in Dubai, you will be responsible for treasury-related activities including assisting in bank account openings, managing communication with banking partners, supporting valuation and real estate functions, and ensuring efficient treasury operations for a financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury-related activities including bank account openings, banking partner communications, and treasury operations
• Assist in bank account openings — coordinating documentation, regulatory requirements, and banking relationship setup
• Maintain good communication and understanding of valuation and real estate operations as part of treasury activities
• Support all treasury functions — cash management, banking facilities, and financial operations administration
• Track financial instruments and ensure timely execution of treasury and banking transactions
• Maintain accurate treasury records, banking correspondence, and financial documentation for regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Banking teams on treasury operational requirements and reporting
• Produce treasury performance reports and management information for senior finance leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Treasury Officer or treasury analyst experience within a banking, fintech, or financial services organization
• Experience managing bank account openings, banking partner communications, and treasury operations
• Good understanding of valuation, real estate banking, and treasury financial instruments
• Strong financial documentation and treasury records management skills
• Arabic and English communication skills for UAE banking partner engagement
• Relevant finance or treasury qualification preferred
