Job Title: Executive Director – Corporate Banking Group

Job Description: As an Executive Director in the Corporate Banking Group at the UAE’s largest bank and one of the world’s largest and safest financial institutions, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in other banks to originate business — developing Term Sheets, Information Memoranda, and Mandates for complex corporate banking transactions across Dubai and the North East region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in other banks to originate business
• Develop Term Sheet, Information Memoranda, and Mandate documentation for complex corporate banking transactions
• Cross sell bank products — new accounts, assets, trade, FX, and Bancassurance — to increase product penetration across customer portfolio
• Refer and upgrade customers to other units within the segment — Sales and Coverage RM and specialist teams
• Ensure penetration in the market through focus on New to Bank referrals from existing customers
• Maintain daily sales reports on business performance for management review
• Build and maintain commercially effective relationships ensuring excellent customer service and quality client on-boarding
• Support FAB’s structured plans for Emirati talent recruitment and career progression in the financial and banking sector

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized Executive Director Corporate Banking role
• Significant Executive Director or senior corporate banking relationship management experience
• Deep expertise in corporate banking products — lending, trade, FX, and capital markets for large clients
• Strong track record developing Term Sheets, Information Memoranda, and complex banking mandates
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and senior executive communication skills
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National corporate banking engagement
