Job Title: Wealth Management

Job Description: As a Full-Time Graduate Analyst in Wealth Management at a globally leading financial institution in Dubai, you will partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions — joining the Wealth Management Graduate Programme 2026 as a UAE National. You will develop expertise in private banking, investments, and wealth management through a structured programme designed for UAE Nationals committed to careers in wealth management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions
• Support Wealth Management client relationship managers on HNW and UHNW client portfolios
• Conduct investment analysis, portfolio research, and financial planning support for Wealth Management client advisory
• Develop expertise in private banking products — investments, credit, structured solutions, and alternative assets
• Participate in structured Graduate Programme 2026 training, rotations, and professional development activities
• Build foundational wealth management knowledge through mentored client exposure and live project work
• Develop client-facing skills through involvement in client meetings, presentations, and solution delivery
• Build a professional network within one of the world’s leading global wealth management institutions

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE Nationals Only Wealth Management Graduate Programme 2026
• Recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree
• Genuine interest in private banking, wealth management, and HNW/UHNW client financial advisory
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National Wealth Management client engagement
