Job Title: Beauty & Wellness Partner Account Manager (Fintech Payments)

Job Description: As a Beauty and Wellness Partner Account Manager at a fintech payments platform that powers the dining and wellness experience across the UAE, you will own a portfolio of beauty and wellness partners — driving both GMV growth and profitability across discounts, commissions, utilization, and gateway fees. You will be the primary commercial contact for beauty and wellness merchant partners using the platform’s embedded payment and loyalty solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of beauty and wellness partners — driving GMV growth and profitability across discounts, commissions, utilization, and gateway fees
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for beauty and wellness merchant partners on the fintech payments platform
• Conduct regular partner reviews — presenting platform performance, payment analytics, and commercial optimization opportunities
• Identify and develop opportunities to deepen partner engagement across the platform’s payment and loyalty product suite
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, and Operations teams on partner integration, feature adoption, and issue resolution
• Monitor partner GMV, utilization, and profitability metrics — proactively optimizing commercial outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty and wellness business owners across the UAE
• Represent the platform at beauty and wellness industry events and merchant partner forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven account management or partner success experience within a fintech, payments, or marketplace platform
• Understanding of payment economics — discounts, commissions, utilization rates, and gateway fee structures
• Commercial and analytical approach to partner GMV growth and profitability optimization
• Strong client relationship management skills for beauty and wellness merchant partner engagement
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE beauty and wellness partner engagement
• Genuine interest in fintech payments and the beauty and wellness sector
