Job Title: Key Account Manager – Fintech/Banking Technology

Job Description: Manage and grow strategic key client relationships for Avaloq across the Middle East, Africa, and India region. Requires a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or financial technology.

Responsibilities:*

• Manage and grow strategic key accounts across the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) region
• Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and upselling of Avaloq’s banking technology solutions
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at client institutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales and product specialists to support solution demos and client proposals
• Work directly with senior finance and strategy teams at client organisations
• Monitor client health, address concerns proactively, and ensure contract renewals
• Represent Avaloq at regional industry events and fintech forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or financial technology (fintech)
• Strong track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts
• Strong network across the MENA banking and financial technology ecosystem
• Experience selling complex technology solutions to financial institutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
