Job Title: Account Management / Digital Payments / Fintech

Job Description: Lead impactful projects that drive sustainable economic growth in Kuwait as part of Mastercard’s payments technology team. Deliver innovative digital payment solutions that empower businesses and individuals.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead and manage key technology and digital payment solution accounts across Kuwait
• Drive delivery of Mastercard’s payment solutions to enterprise and government clients
• Shape the future of digital transactions by ensuring security, simplicity, and accessibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at client organisations
• Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to align solutions with client needs
• Monitor account performance and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
• Represent Mastercard at regional fintech and payments industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in technology account management, digital payments, or fintech
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and digital transaction infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Experience delivering complex technology solutions in regulated financial environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
