Job Title: Executive Employee Relations (Fintech/Commerce Platform)

Job Description: As an Executive Employee Relations professional at a leading e-commerce, fintech, and super-app platform, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances — providing expert guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures. You will manage complex employee relations matters professionally, ensuring a fair, legally compliant, and supportive employee experience across a large, multicultural digital commerce and fintech workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances across a large e-commerce and fintech workforce
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures
• Manage complex employee relations matters — investigations, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution
• Ensure all employee relations activities comply with UAE labour law and applicable employment regulations
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on people strategy and employee engagement
• Develop and maintain employee relations policies, procedures, and escalation frameworks
• Produce employee relations reporting and trend analysis for HR leadership
• Support a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant employee experience across the organization

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven employee relations or HR generalist experience within a large, multicultural organization — preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or technology
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance requirements
• Strong conflict resolution, investigation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for employee and management advisory
• Professional, empathetic, and impartial approach to employee relations case management
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE employee communications
