Job Title: FFinance Manager – Commercial FP&A (Fintech / Financial Services)

Job Description: As a Finance Manager specializing in Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for leading the commercial FP&A function — providing financial insight, business partnering, and strategic analysis that supports commercial decision-making for a fintech or financial services company operating across the GCC. You will bring strong FP&A, commercial finance, or related experience to drive revenue analysis, budget management, and commercial performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial FP&A function — providing financial insight and strategic analysis supporting commercial decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue planning, commercial performance analysis, and business case development
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Operations teams on commercial finance matters and financial performance tracking
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans for the commercial business
• Conduct variance analysis — comparing commercial actuals to budget and forecast with clear driver explanations
• Produce regular commercial finance reports and dashboards for senior leadership and Board review
• Support capital allocation decisions and business case development for commercial initiatives
• Stay current on GCC market dynamics, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic developments affecting commercial financial planning

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager or Senior FP&A experience within fintech, financial services, or a high-growth technology company
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and commercial analysis skills
• Excellent business partnering skills with ability to engage Commercial and Operations teams on financial matters
• UAE or GCC commercial finance experience preferred
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Strong proficiency with financial modelling tools and ERP systems
