Job Title: Finance Manager – Sustainable Finance, ESG Reporting & Green Bond Issuance

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for Sustainable Finance, ESG Reporting, and Green Bond Issuance at a UAE organization, you will apply sustainable finance and ESG expertise — managing green bond issuance, ESG financial reporting, and sustainability-linked finance advisory for a UAE organization committed to sustainable finance and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Apply sustainable finance and ESG expertise to green bond issuance, ESG reporting, and sustainability-linked finance
• Lead green bond and sukuk issuance — documentation, investor roadshow support, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain ESG financial reporting frameworks aligned with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards
• Manage sustainability-linked loan and green finance facility compliance and performance reporting
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams on sustainable finance delivery
• Produce ESG financial reports, green bond performance reports, and sustainability disclosures for governance
• Engage with UAE Securities and Commodities Authority on green finance regulatory requirements
• Monitor UAE and global sustainable finance, green bond, and ESG regulatory developments for strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience with sustainable finance, ESG reporting, and green bond issuance
• Strong green bond documentation, ESG financial reporting — GRI, SASB, TCFD — and sustainability-linked finance
• Deep understanding of UAE and international sustainable finance and green bond regulatory standards
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification required with CESGA or sustainability finance specialization preferred
• Excellent ESG reporting, investor communication, and senior sustainable finance stakeholder management
• GCC sustainable finance, green bond, or ESG reporting Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
