Job Title: KYC Operations Analyst

Job Description: As a KYC Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial and reputational integrity of a globally established financial institution by performing end-to-end Know Your Customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities. You will support core financial crime controls, serving as a key operational layer within a regulated banking environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end KYC due diligence for new and existing clients including data collection, identity verification, and document review
• Conduct PEP screening, sanctions list checks, and adverse media searches for all onboarding and renewal cases
• Ensure financial and reputational integrity of the organization by completing thorough and accurate KYC reviews
• Provide end-to-end solutions for better customer service experience throughout the KYC onboarding process
• Maintain accurate and complete KYC records in accordance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams on pending documentation and case resolution
• Support periodic KYC refresh reviews for existing clients in line with risk-based monitoring schedules
• Escalate higher-risk cases to compliance management with proper documentation and rationale

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in KYC operations, AML compliance, or client due diligence within a regulated banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of KYC documentation requirements, PEP screening, and sanctions compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data verification and record management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and client liaison
• AML or KYC compliance certification (CAMS or equivalent) is advantageous
• UAE or GCC regulatory experience preferred
