Job Title: Private Banker

Job Description: As a Private Banker, you will act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients — providing bespoke banking and investment solutions tailored to complex financial needs. You will build deep, lasting relationships with UHNW individuals and families in the UAE market, delivering sophisticated private banking services across banking, investments, wealth structuring, and credit solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients — providing bespoke banking and investment solutions for complex financial needs
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of UHNW individual and family clients in the UAE market with focus on Abu Dhabi
• Deliver sophisticated private banking services across deposits, investments, wealth structuring, and credit solutions
• Identify and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting
• Coordinate with investment specialists, credit teams, and wealth structuring advisors on bespoke client solution delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, proactive financial planning, and exceptional service
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC requirements, and private banking standards
• Represent the institution at Abu Dhabi UHNW client events, wealth management forums, and industry gatherings

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience as a Private Banker or Senior Relationship Manager serving UHNW clients
• Strong network and ability to focus on cultivating relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the UAE market
• Deep understanding of private banking products including investments, credit, deposits, and wealth structuring
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and financial advisory skills
• UAE banking regulatory compliance knowledge including KYC and private client due diligence
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi UHNW client engagement
