Job Title: Business Development Manager – FX

Job Description: The Business Development Manager will network, prospect, and develop strong client relationships — using outbound calling, email, and in-person meetings to convert leads and build a sustainable client book.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new retail and HNI clients for CPT Markets’ financial products and services
  • Follow up on leads through outbound calling, emails, and in-person meetings to maximize conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities
  • Conduct client onboarding, account opening support, and first-time trade activation
  • Present CPT Markets’ product offering clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics in CRM
  • Stay current on financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements for client communications
  • Identify and develop referral opportunities from existing client network

Qualifications Needed:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in FX/CFD sales or relationship management within a brokerage or financial services company
  • Comfortable with networking, prospecting new clients, and outbound calling
  • Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, trading platforms, and financial products
  • Target-driven commercial mindset with ability to work in a KPI-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for the MENA client base
