Job Title: enior Partnership Manager

Job Description: seeking a Senior Partnership Manager for the Middle East in Dubai. The role requires experience working in or with crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industries — building and scaling senior-level partnerships for Sumsub’s identity verification, KYC, AML, and digital onboarding solutions across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead senior-level strategic partnerships for Sumsub’s identity verification, KYC, AML, and digital onboarding solutions across the Middle East
• Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnership agreements with financial institutions, fintechs, crypto exchanges, and regulated businesses in MENA
• Drive partner-led revenue growth — managing partner performance, enabling partner teams, and identifying expansion opportunities
• Develop and execute Sumsub’s senior partnership strategy for the Middle East in alignment with global commercial objectives
• Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships with strategic partners across the MENA region
• Coordinate with Sumsub’s Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on partner enablement, co-marketing, and product alignment
• Represent Sumsub at MENA fintech, crypto, compliance technology, and financial services industry events
• Provide market intelligence on the MENA identity verification and compliance technology partnership landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in or with crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industries — required
• Significant partnership management, alliances, or channel sales experience at a senior level within a compliance technology, fintech, or SaaS company
• Proven track record building and scaling senior partnerships from the ground up across the MENA market
• Deep understanding of the MENA identity verification, KYC/AML, and compliance technology landscape
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and senior executive relationship management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA partner engagement
