Job Title: Fintech Partnerships Executive

Job Description: As a Fintech Partnerships Executive for a SaaS and financial services platform, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic fintech and financial services partnerships — applying experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to identify, develop, and close partnership deals that expand platform reach and commercial impact across the UAE and MENA region. You will keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic fintech and financial services partnerships for a SaaS platform
• Identify, develop, and close partnership deals that expand platform reach and commercial impact across UAE and MENA
• Apply experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to build high-value strategic partner relationships
• Manage the full partnership development cycle — identification, commercial negotiation, contract close, and activation
• Keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready — maintaining commercial and administrative excellence
• Provide some light admin support alongside commercial partnership activities as part of the role scope
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on partner enablement and integration
• Monitor UAE and MENA fintech SaaS partnership market dynamics and identify new commercial opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services — required
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
• Proven fintech partnership or business development experience with track record of closing commercial deals
• Commercial discipline — ability to keep accounts clean, filings on time, and audits ready
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA partner engagement
