Job Title: Graduate Programme 2027 – Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling)

Job Description: Our Client is recruiting for a Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling) role, working across financial planning, strategic support, and performance assessment for the UAE and MENA business.

Responsibilities:

• Support Revolut’s Finance team with financial planning, modelling, and strategic analysis for the UAE and MENA business
• Build and maintain financial models supporting business planning, investment decisions, and performance analysis
• Produce strategic financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership decisions
• Work across the business to assess commercial opportunities and guide go-to-market strategy
• Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews across Revolut’s UAE and MENA operations
• Prepare Board-level and investor-facing financial presentations and reports
• Contribute to financial modelling for new product launches, market expansions, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams on financial intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• A background in finance or fintech with strong academic credentials for a graduate programme entry
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Passion for fintech, financial services, and strategic analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication for finance reporting and senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully in a high-performance team
• Enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant finance, economics, or business degree
