Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Job Description: The Senior Product Owner will own the product backlog, manage sprint delivery, and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:*

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Finalto’s institutional trading and liquidity technology platforms
• Write detailed, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
• Collaborate with the CTO, Head of Product, and business stakeholders to define product roadmap and delivery priorities
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review sessions within Agile delivery processes
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth, high-quality product releases
• Gather and synthesize feedback from institutional clients, sales, and operations teams to inform product priorities
• Monitor product performance metrics post-release and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain deep knowledge of the institutional trading landscape to identify product opportunities and competitive gaps

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in fintech, trading technology, or financial services
• Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows, FX/CFD products, and prime brokerage technology
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and sprint delivery in an Agile environment
• Strong written communication skills for user story and acceptance criteria documentation
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
• Experience in a regulated financial services or technology environment preferred
