Job Title: Product Owner

Job Description: As a Product Owner at CodeNinja, you will define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the development team delivers value-aligned features for fintech and banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-value features.
• Monitor product performance, iterate based on data, and ensure successful adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product ownership or product management experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
