Job Title: Digital Payments – Product Owner

Job Description: As a Digital Payments Product Owner at a company operating at the forefront of proptech innovation across the UAE — redefining how rent payments are made and how investors manage their portfolios — you will be responsible for owning the digital payments product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will build and ship payment features that transform how UAE residents and property investors make and receive payments through a cutting-edge proptech and fintech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Own the digital payments product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a leading UAE proptech and fintech platform
• Redefine how rent payments are made and how investors manage their portfolios through innovative payment product features
• Work with engineering, design, and operations teams to define and deliver digital payment product improvements
• Conduct user research and data analysis to identify payment friction points and product improvement opportunities
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital payments feature delivery
• Ensure digital payment products comply with applicable UAE regulatory requirements including CBUAE payment standards
• Define product success metrics for digital payment features and track performance post-launch
• Communicate digital payments product roadmap and progress to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Owner or Product Manager experience with focus on digital payments product development
• Understanding of UAE digital payments ecosystem — payment initiation, rent payment flows, and investor payment management
• Experience delivering payment product features in a fintech, proptech, or consumer financial services environment
• Strong agile product delivery skills with ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of UAE payment regulatory requirements preferred
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
