Job Title: Affiliates Lead
Job Description: The Affiliates Lead will manage and grow Equiti’s affiliate partnerships across key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow Equiti’s affiliate partner network across assigned regions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with high-value affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain affiliate marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate affiliate commission structures and partnership agreements
- Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and business development teams to ensure aligned partner activities
- Track KPIs, report on affiliate program performance, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs within fintech, forex, or financial services
- Strong understanding of online trading, IB structures, and performance marketing
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret affiliate performance metrics
- Strong communication skills across multicultural environments
