Job Title: Workday – Associate

Job Description: As an Associate at a globally leading enterprise SaaS and HCM platform company, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Workday enterprise deployments for financial services, banking, and fintech clients — contributing to implementation, consulting, and client success activities that help financial institutions optimize their HR and financial technology operations through Workday’s enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of Workday enterprise deployments for financial services, banking, and fintech clients
• Contribute to implementation, consulting, and client success activities for Workday HCM and Financial Management deployments
• Conduct business requirements gathering and solution design for enterprise Workday implementations
• Coordinate with client teams, senior implementation consultants, and Workday product specialists on deployment delivery
• Produce implementation documentation, training materials, and client-facing solution guides
• Support testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities for enterprise Workday deployments
• Build foundational enterprise SaaS implementation and consulting skills through structured on-the-job mentoring
• Stay current on Workday platform developments and enterprise HCM and financial management best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or early-career professional with genuine interest in enterprise SaaS and HCM consulting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for enterprise SaaS implementation support
• Understanding of HR technology, financial management systems, or enterprise software implementation preferred
• Excellent collaborative and learning-oriented approach for enterprise consulting team engagement
• Genuine passion for technology, enterprise SaaS, and supporting financial services client transformations
